Frequently Asked

Common questions.

How long does onboarding take?
Most practices are fully onboarded within 30 days. This includes system access setup, payer enrollment review, and a review of all active patients for RPM and CCM eligibility.
Do you work with our existing EHR?
Yes. We support all major EHR platforms including Epic, Athena, eClinicalWorks, Kareo, and others. API integration is available under the volume-based pricing model.
Can you bill for existing patients?
Yes. We review your current patient roster, identify those already enrolled in RPM or CCM programs, and begin billing for all qualifying patients immediately after onboarding.
What if we are using another billing company?
We handle the transition. We review what your current company is billing, identify gaps, and take over the workflow. Most clients see a revenue increase within the first billing cycle.
How do daily eligibility checks work?
Every morning, our automated system runs 270/271 EDI transactions for all active patients against their primary and secondary payers. Results are available in your dashboard before your team starts work.
Is there a minimum contract length?
No long-term contracts required. Percentage-based clients can cancel with 30 days notice. Volume-based clients operate on month-to-month terms with custom SLA options for enterprise accounts.
