RPM CCM Billing Solutions was founded by revenue cycle professionals who watched practices lose significant revenue because no billing company understood the specific complexity of remote care programs.

How We Started

We saw the billing gap firsthand.

Remote Patient Monitoring and Chronic Care Management billing has been possible since 2018, but the majority of practices were capturing a fraction of the available revenue. Not because they were not delivering the services, but because their billing companies did not understand the specific requirements.

A general billing company handles hundreds of CPT codes across dozens of specialties. RPM and CCM codes require tracking device-day thresholds, validating time logs, ensuring non-duplication across RPM and RTM, managing 16-day minimums, and optimizing code selection month by month for each patient. That work was consistently being done incorrectly or not at all.

We built RPM CCM Billing Solutions specifically to close that gap. Every workflow we designed is built around the unique requirements of remote care billing. Every automation we built addresses a problem that directly caused revenue loss for practices running RPM and CCM programs.

Our journey
2018
CMS introduced foundational RPM codes. We began tracking the billing gaps that would define our company.
2020
Telehealth expansion during the public health emergency created an urgent need for specialized billing expertise.
2022
RTM codes introduced. We expanded our code library and built the first version of our automated scrubbing engine for remote care claims.
2024
Launched volume-based pricing model for RPM vendors and high-volume groups, filling a critical gap in the market.
2025
New APCM codes and expanded telehealth codes adopted on day one. Daily eligibility automation fully operational across 900+ payers.
